The spirit of the perfume

More than a simple composition, Cadjmere is a "woven" perfume. Pierre Guillaume worked the sandalwood essence to extract an almost tactile texture: that of the finest wool. Its name, a portmanteau blending "Cashmere" and "Mère" (Mother), pays homage to the enveloping and protective nature of sandalwood, often described as a maternal wood for its comforting warmth.
